Submit a query from your MSS account

If you are an active, deferred or pensioner member you can submit a general query by logging in to your Member Self Service account and visiting the ‘Ask Us’ section. If you have not yet registered, you can do this by going to the portal and clicking ‘I’d like to Register’.

Before you submit a query, you might find the answer to your query on our dedicated Pensions Shared Service website. You can also find out more about the LGPS on the national members’ website.

For estimates of pension benefits, death benefits or transfers out (CETV).

If you are an active or deferred member, please use the benefit projectors in the Member Self Service portal.

If you are an active member who has already used the projector to estimate your pension benefits and wish to proceed to retirement within the next 12 months, you can complete a retirement estimate form to request your claim forms. Please upload your completed form to the ‘Document Upload’ section of the Member Self Service portal.

We do not recommend sending personal information in unsecured emails. Our policy is that LGPS scheme members should use their Member Self Service accounts to contact us. If you need to contact the Pensions Shared Service and you are not an LGPS member, for example, contacting us on behalf of a member, or you wish to let us know about a bereavement then email us at pensions@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk.
