Member Self-Service (MSS)

Service to access your pension account.

About Member Self Service (MSS)

Like online banking, MSS provides you with a secure and easy way to stay up to date with your pension savings any time of the day or night. As of 2026, the MSS portal has been upgraded.

Your log in page and dashboard have a new look and include some new features, expanding the ways that you can access information and submit requests.

You can use MSS to:

  • View and update your personal information
  • Tell us who you would want to receive any death grant in the event of your death
  • Perform your own pension calculations and submit formal estimate requests
  • View your documents and statements

Paperless Annual Benefit Statements

As part of our wider service policy to reduce waste and improve security, Annual Benefit Statements for active and deferred members are published to MSS instead of being sent in the post.

If you are not able to access your statement online, you can request one paper copy per year by writing to us. Statements will be available no later than 31 August each year.

Registering for Member Self Service (MSS)

The first time you access our upgraded site, you will need to create an account. If you are an existing MSS user, you will be able to create an account without an activation key by simply verifying your personal details and updating your password.
