Logging in to your Member Self Service Account
You can only log into your Member Self Service account if you have created an account. If you have used MSS before but have not created a new account since the portal was upgraded in January 2026, please see our guidance on creating your Member Self Service account.
If you have already created your account, navigate to the Member Self Service website.
Enter your personal email address and password which you set when you created your account. You can click on the eye icon to show (or hide) your entry so that you can identify any mistyping. Once you have completed both fields, click ‘Submit’.
You may be prompted to enter a code sent to your email address as an added layer of security.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the login page. This will send instructions on how to reset your password to the email address that is your account username.
